The 39th Freedom Springs Tri will be held at the Blue Springs Recreation Park, 5461 Blue Springs Road, Marianna, FL on July 4th, 2025!

Sprint tri: 400 meter swim, 10 mile bike, and 5K run. 

We are a patriotic bunch and we like to celebrate America's Birthday in style! We get up very early, we stand for the National Anthem and we swim, bike & run.

This race is now Sanctioned by USA Triathlon. 

You don't have to win, you just have to tri!
